Co-founder Shelley Werner and I opened TBT Gallery at Temple B'nai Tikvah early May, 2022. This gallery space is dedicated to the promotion of professional Jewish art in Calgary. Four exhibiitons, of three months duration each, are held at the gallery. Interested artists may contact me with proposals for exhibitions.
This research creation explores the experience of living within the liminal spaces created by historical and intergenerational trauma and by marginalization through a series of mixed media works. The work investigates ways that these spaces of pain, fear and unrest can become fecund places for growth and healing.
