Biography
Hanna Mughal is a PhD student specializing in organizational behaviour and human resources. She works closely with Dr. Chelsea Willness to investigate psychological phenomena related to corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Specifically, her research interests include relationships between corporations and CSR beneficiaries and perceptions of authentic CSR behaviour. Overall, her research aims to elevate community perspectives and needs to inform effective CSR policies that are mutually beneficial for corporations and communities.
