Biography

I am a Ph.D. student in Finance specializing in behavioral and experimental finance, with research interests at the intersection of technology and financial decision making. My academic background spans economics, finance, and data science, including a Master’s degree in Data Science from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Boğaziçi University.

My research examines how financial technologies such as AI driven tools and digital trading platforms shape household financial behavior, investor psychology, and market dynamics. Using experimental and data driven methods, I study how incentives, information design, and technological interfaces influence risk taking, learning, and financial well being, with the goal of informing more efficient and welfare enhancing financial systems.
