I am a marketing and communications strategist with over two years of experience at The HIVE, the innovation hub within the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Calgary, where I support nurse‑led innovation, research translation, and community‑engaged health initiatives.

My work focuses on amplifying the voices and ideas of nurses, educators, and health innovators—helping them turn frontline insights into visible, fundable, and scalable solutions. I collaborate closely with faculty members, researchers, students, and community partners to design communications and marketing strategies that advance innovation in nursing practice, education, and health systems.

I specialize in:

  • Supporting nurse innovators through strategic storytelling, brand development, and knowledge mobilization
  • Designing and executing communications strategies that attract collaborators and secure government and public‑sector funding
  • SEO strategies that propel websites to first‑page search results
  • Creating clear, consistent content and visual identity for research, innovation, and community programs

I am highly adaptable, thriving in fast‑changing, interdisciplinary environments where priorities evolve and stakeholders are diverse. Whether translating complex research, supporting new innovation pilots, or responding to emerging opportunities, I adjust quickly while staying outcomes‑focused.

Having lived, studied, and worked across China, the UK, New Zealand, Australia, and Canada, I bring a globally informed perspective, cultural fluency, and flexibility—qualities that strengthen my ability to work across academic, healthcare, and community contexts.
