Biography

Dr. Vincent Tam is Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Calgary and a staff medical oncologist at the Tom Baker Cancer Centre. He specializes in the treatment of GI and particularly hepatobiliary malignancies. His research interests include phase II and III clinical trials in hepatobiliary cancers and real world outcomes of hepatocellular carcinoma patients treated with systemic therapy. He is currently co-chair of the Canadian Clinical Trials Group Hepatobiliary Disease Site Oriented Group and a member of the NIH/NCI Hepatobiliary Cancer Task Force.
