Biography

Tram Nguyen is a Coordinator of the First-Generation Student Program in the Chancellor Cuthbertson Student Success Centre, where she supports first-generation students in building community, navigating university life, and achieving their academic and personal goals.

Tram holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Education. She is also a Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP) and brings over a decade of experience in teaching, academic support, student development, and program coordination.

In her role, Tram works closely with students, mentors, campus partners, and community members to create inclusive programs and meaningful opportunities that support student success. She is passionate about helping students recognize their strengths, access campus resources, and feel a sense of belonging throughout their university journey.
