Background

Biography

I work at the intersection of faculty, curriculum, and industry engagement at the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary. As a Faculty Liaison Coordinator within Career and Student Experience, I serve as the primary internal connector supporting experiential learning initiatives such as capstone projects, applied classroom partnerships, and consulting-based course work.

My role focuses on helping faculty design, scope, and integrate high-quality industry projects that align with academic goals, learning outcomes, and institutional policy. I collaborate closely with Employer Relations Specialists to ensure projects are pedagogically sound, feasible, and appropriately matched to existing employer relationships, while maintaining consistency and integrity across programs.

I bring deep experience in experiential learning design, stakeholder coordination, and academic operations, with a strong grounding in work-integrated education best practices. My work emphasizes process clarity, faculty support, risk awareness, and outcome tracking, ensuring that partnerships meaningfully bridge theory and practice while enhancing the student learning experience.

Known for my ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, I value thoughtful collaboration, strong governance, and practical systems that support faculty, students, and institutional priorities over the long term.
