Tarjinder Bhullar

Biography

Tarjinder Bhullar is a communications professional with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and organizations in sharing their stories. She supplements her experience with a Diploma in broadcasting from the SAIT, Bachelors of Arts in communications from the University of Calgary and a Masters of Arts in communications and technology from the University of Alberta. Tarjinder's work experience has been focused on the non-profit and public sector, working with Boys and Girls Clubs of Calgary, Immigrant Services Calgary, and The City of Calgary; she currently works for the Calgary Police Service, providing strategic counsel to address communications needs both with internal and external stakeholders, including the media and citizens. The most important story she is committed to sharing with others is of the life of her brother, Manmeet Singh Bhullar. She served as Campaign Manager for his three political campaigns. Now, through the Manmeet Singh Bhullar Charitable Foundation, Tarjinder is working with family, friends and community members to build on her brother’s legacy. She is determined to continue his commitment to serve others, advocate for causes and people that need a voice, and encourage young people to realize that they too can make a difference in today’s world, one step, one story at a time.
