Biography

Steve Granger is an Assistant Professor in the Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources area at the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary. His research centres on healthy, inclusive, and sustainable work, drawing on occupational health psychology, leadership, and job design. Across this work, he examines individual factors (e.g., resilience and proactivity), interpersonal dynamics (e.g., social support and leadership), and organizational processes (e.g., job design and human resource management practices) that both shape and are shaped by healthy work.

His research has appeared in outlets including Personnel Psychology, Human Relations, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, and Personality and Social Psychology Review. He teaches courses in organizational behaviour, occupational health and safety, and research methods, and serves on the editorial boards of Human Relations and Journal of Vocational Behavior.
