Biography

Stephen is a teacher and school leader with extensive experience in diverse educational settings. Broadly conceived, his current doctoral research is positioned at the nexus of social theory, school leadership, and policy studies. Within this space, Stephen is interested in understanding how the construct of inclusion is constitutive of and constituted in policy discourse. By utilizing a poststructural approach to policy analysis, he aims to critique inclusive education discourse and facilitate a (re)imagining of possibilities.
