Biography
I started my post-secondary education with a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, with a project related to the Philosophy of Artificial Intelligence. Getting interested in philosophy, I received my first MA in philosophy at the University of Tehran, Iran. My thesis was on virtue ethics and ethical naturalism. I received my second MA in philosophy from the University of Alberta- my focus was on political liberalism and its potential to address feminist concerns.
My main interests are social and political philosophy, feminist theory, and related topics in applied ethics.
