Biography
Postdoctoral associate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Calgary.
I am interested in what makes people tick at work; what stresses them out and what makes them thrive. From a research perspective, I am interested in unmet employment obligations (e.g., psychological contracts) and healthy work (e.g., mistreatment in the workplace, stress and well-being, successful hybrid work, safety). In the applied world, I am interested in how these factors manifest in the team dynamics our modern organizations are built on (e.g., remote teamwork, conflict, facilitating peer feedback, team coaching). I am experienced in qualitative and quantitative methods with a strong interest in mixed-methods approaches, systematic reviews, and competency modelling.
