Rodrigo Dal Ben de Souza

Biography

Dr. Rodrigo Dal Ben joined Dr. Marshall’s research team in January 2024 as a Senior Research Analyst. Rodrigo trained in developmental psychology at The Federal University of São Carlos, Brazil, The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and Concordia University, Montreal, where he focused on open science practices as a Horizon postdoctoral fellow. His recent research activities range from solo research software development to big team science projects (e.g., ManyBabies), with a successful track record for securing external funding (e.g., FRQ, SSHRC). Prior to joining our team, he held a teaching appointment as an Assistant Professor at Ambrose University, where he taught research methods, applied statistics, and child development at the undergraduate level. Rodrigo joins our team with the goal of developing sustainable data management practices and reproducible analytical pipelines for multinational projects such as the UCAN-CAN-DU network.
