I administratively coordinate the program of student feedback with respect to quantitative Universal Student Ratings of Instruction (USRI) and some qualitative faculty forms so that the right surveys are available at the right time to the right students for the right courses.

I am one of two Brand Administrators for Qualtrics software at UCalgary ... providing support to the user community and more specialized support for staff and faculty.
