Dr. Nicola Wright

My current primary research area of interest is diagnosis and management of patients with severe combined immune deficiency (SCID) prior to curative therapy. I am involved in protocol development for the upcoming natural history study for SCID and am the site Principle Investigator for the Primary Immune Deficiency Treatment Consortium (PIDTC), which consists of 44 centers in North America whose goal is to improve the diagnosis and treatment of primary immune deficiencies. Within hematology, my research interest is management and outcome of pediatric patients with autoimmune cytopenias.
