An expert in Leadership Development and Executive Coaching, Morag brings more than 20 years of experience leading teams, change management, coaching, strategic planning, and culture building to the University. Supporting leaders at all levels, from front-line to executive suites, Morag is astute at listening, guiding and partnering with leaders to create impactful change. Her purpose in work is to make work better, one conversation at a time.
As Director of Talent Management and the Academic Leadership Academy, Morag leads Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Organizational Development. These teams shape the entire employee lifecycle as people decide on the University of Calgary as their employer of choice, and then grow in their careers and contribute to the culture and Ahead of Tomorrow strategy.
