My goal is in bringing a systems-focused approach to supporting organizations through collaborative teams and operational leadership that centers front-line voices. With an extensive background in post-secondary front-line services, I work closely with day-to-day operations and student- and staff-facing environments, ensuring real-world realities are embedded into strategic vision and decision-making. I am deeply committed to fostering psychologically safe workplaces and advancing Occupational Health and Safety and mental health advocacy. Grounded in the belief that everything is interconnected, I am dedicated to shaping processes and systems that effectively serve both internal teams and the external communities they support.
