Biography
Megan is a twenty year veteran of bedside nursing in acute care, with experience ranging from critical care to cardiology and internal medicine. While continuing to maintain a bedside practice, Megan has taught over thirty clinical groups in acute care and currently also instructs pathophysiology. A member of the curriculum development committee for development of pathophysiology courses for the new curriculum, Megan is also currently academic co-chair of the Undergraduate Programs Committee and a member of the Practice Procedure and Guidelines Subcommittee.
Megan's interests include neurodiversity in nursing and nursing education, nursing education innovation to meet changing patient, workplace, and student demands, innovation in clinical judgement instruction, clinical education, and curriculum and policy development.
