Biography
Dr. Mansouri is an Associate Professor at the Haskayne School of Business, bringing over 17 years of valuable teaching experience across multiple post-secondary institutions. With a Ph.D. in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources, her expertise lies in the fields of leadership and change management. Prior to her academic career, she worked as a physician and excelled as a health care manager.
Dr. Mansouri's teaching portfolio showcases her flexibility and breadth of knowledge, encompassing various courses such as leadership, human resource management, organizational behavior, ethics, change management, diversity management, and strategic management. What sets her apart is her unique blend of academic excellence and over a decade of leadership experience in both the public and private sectors.
