Biography
Dr. Mahmood Moussavi has more than 27 years academic background and experience in science and engineering. He is currently a professor (teaching software engineering), and his excellence in teaching has been recognized through multiple teaching awards.
Prior to his academic career, Dr. Moussavi amassed substantial experience in the software industry, working in diverse environments ranging from start-ups to government software engineering projects. His industry expertise is complemented by his extensive work as an engineering consultant, where he has provided valuable insights and solutions to complex technical challenges.
Dr. Moussavi's teaching and technical background is broad, encompassing areas such as Software Application and Database Design, Data Mining, Optimization, Data Structures, and Software Engineering Educaton.
