Louise Wells serves as the Policy, Academic Calendar, and Program Development Lead within the Faculty of Graduate Studies. In this role, Louise oversees the annual graduate Academic Calendar cycle, collaborating closely with programs across the university to guide review, secure governance approval, and ensure smooth implementation. She is a trusted advisor on graduate academic regulations and provides guidance on policy interpretation to support faculty and staff.

Before joining the University, Louise worked for a leading executive search consultancy, contributing to projects that examined governance structures, compensation trends, and industry best practices across the Canadian corporate landscape. Her specialization in analyzing public Canadian boards and director compensation deepened her understanding of organizational leadership and continues to inform her strategic approach to policy development in her current role.
