Biography

Laura Hernandez is a Doctor of Philosophy student in the Clinical Psychology program at the University of Calgary. She is supervised by Dr. Tavis Campbell and Dr. Codie Rouleau, and is a trainee in the Behavioural Medicine Laboratory. Laura completed her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology (First Class) and Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Studies (with distinction) and her Master's of Science in Clinical Psychology at the University of Calgary. Broadly, Laura's research interests center around health psychology and cardiovascular behavioural medicine, with a focus on the interplay between biopsychosocial risk factors, behavioural interventions, health disparities and mental health.
