Biography
Kirstie brings more than 15 years of experience in human resources, team culture, leadership support, and employee engagement to the University of Calgary. With a collaborative approach, Kirstie partners with leaders across the organization to build stronger teams, foster growth, and drive meaningful change.
As a Consultant in Organizational Development on the Talent Management team, Kirstie focuses on supporting the development and success of leaders, teams, and employees through programs and initiatives that enhance culture, learning, and performance. Drawing on her international experience, Kirstie integrates a global perspective with a passion for creating supportive and thriving workplaces.
Originally from Australia, Kirstie moved to Calgary 15 years ago to see snow. In 2023 Kirstie and her family spent a year abroad however she is excited to be back in Calgary and contributing to the University’s mission of excellence and its Ahead of Tomorrow strategy.
