Biography
Dr. Joseph Madamesila received his BSc in Physics from the University of Calgary in 2015. Following graduation, he worked in Japan as part of the Japan Exchange and Teaching Programme until 2018. In 2019, he began graduate studies in Medical Physics, and completed his PhD in 2024, focusing on advanced imaging and AI applications in radiotherapy. Dr. Madamesila began his residency in Medical Physics with Alberta Health Services in September 2024. Outside of work, he enjoys running and lifting, photography, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
