Biography
Jose Carmo has been in the power industry for the last 5 years. His journey has taken him mostly to power systems, energy trading, and risk management and energy analytics. In previous positions he worked for large Brazilian power utilities and renewable generators as energy and portfolio analyst, where he conducted fundamental analyses to improve trading returns and optimizing energy portfolios. He holds B.Eng in Electrical Engineering with focus on power systems and a postgraduate degree in Financial Products and Risk Management.
