I have a clinical research interests in pediatric bleeding disorders, bone marrow failure disorders, and other general pediatric hematology conditions such as immune thrombocytopenia (low platelets) and immune neutropenia. I have participated in numerous studies for new treatments for hemophilia, helped developed self-directed screening questionnaires for children with possible bleeding disorders, and have worked with our cross-Canada group on rare bone marrow disorders. My current work is developing studies of patients with auto-immune anemias and collaborating on care pathways for autoimmune neutropenias.
