Biography

Dr. Roberts is a neurologist and Assistant Professor in the Departments of Clinical Neurosciences and Community Health Sciences. She completed fellowship training in multiple sclerosis and neuroimmunology at the University of Calgary and at the University of Melbourne. She has special interest in multiple sclerosis, neurosarcoidosis and autoimmune encephalitis. 

Dr. Roberts has a MSc in epidemiology and received further training in health outcomes research and causal inference at the University of Melbourne. She has experience working with large datasets, administrative data, and local clinical databases. 

Dr. Roberts is the Associate Editor of the Canadian Journal of Neurological Sciences and Deputy Editor of the Practice Current Section of Neurology Clinical Practice. She is passionate about medical education and created a nationwide weekly seminar series for neuroimmunology trainees.
