Research

Areas of Research

Control and mechatronics

Dr. Lee's research is focused on multi-disciplinary design space in order to leverage the synergy towards the realization of smart and sustainable mechatronics systems. Industrial automation with mechatronic systems satisfying high performance with low cost based on the knowledge of dynamics, vibration, control, optimization and artificial intelligence is the main direction of her research. Current research topics she is interested in are Industrial robot manufacturing, human-machine interfaces, multi-axis active vibration absorbers, fault detection, cyber-physics systema and energy harvesting.
