Biography
Jessica is a senior digital strategist and educator with 15 years of global experience in content strategy, user experience, and marketing. She has worked in international non-profit and higher education, including the Commonwealth, CUSO, Engineers Without Borders, and the German International Development Agency. Currently, Jessica manages the Digital Experience Team at the University of Calgary, collaborating with hundreds of content creators on a complex web system of over 900 sites. When she’s not designing websites herself, she loves teaching others how to build them. She delivers courses on writing for web and interaction design for undergraduate and continuing education students.
