Biography
I have been with the department of Anthropology and Archaeology since 2012, first as a graduate student and then as a Research Technician. In addition to my work with the Santa Rosa Primate Project, I enjoy assisting faculty and students with guidance on research design, statistical analysis and data management. Please feel free to reach out if you'd like to discuss how best to collect your data or work with it once you have it!
Outside of work I spend most of my time chasing my young family around, escaping to the mountains to hike, road bike, x-country ski and snowboard whenever possible. You can read more about me on my personal page!
Projects
Working closely with University of Calgary faculty and project P.I.s Dr. Linda Fedigan and Dr. Amanda Melin as well as Tulane University's Dr. Katharine Jack, I provide logistical and technical support for the Santa Rosa Primate Project, one of the world's longest running continuous research initiatives with wild primates. You can read more about my research contributions to the project here.
I am the database administrator for the PACE database, which includes data from several long-term primate research projects across the world (including Belize, Costa Rica, Ghana, Madagascar, and Texas) and serves as a tool for comparative analysis.
