Background

Biography

Dr. McColl has an established clinical and research interest in transition from pediatric to adult rheumatology care. She has been involved in developing the Canadian Rheumatology Association guidelines for transition care. Her recent work involves examination of mental health in the rheumatology population. She believes in using research as an advocacy tool, specifically to increase awareness and access to pediatric rheumatology and musculoskeletal care globally. She is involved in national and international rheumatology disease registries including the Canadian Alliance of Pediatric Rheumatology Investigators (CAPRI) and Childhood Arthritis and Rheumatology Research Alliance (CARRA).
