Experienced Health Promotion professional with a demonstrated history of working in the oil & energy industry, nonprofit organizations, government and academia. My passion is enabling and empowering employees, staff and faculty to feel their best, be their best and show up as engaged with their work community. We are striving to create a community of care, compassion and understanding on campus where we innovate and strive for excellence.
I am here to support your team to create a sustainable well-being plan; learn about and de-stigmatize mental health, develop or improve psychological safety, educate on stress and burn out, practice boundaries, develop skills to build resilience, nutritional and physical health, self-care and self-compassion and much more!
