Biography
Gang is a passionate cross-functional senior manufacturing operation leadership blended with commercial skills with a global exposure in China, UK, USA along with Canada. With more than 20 year tenure professional experience in plant management, supply chain management, procurement & sourcing, quality management, Lean manufacturing, 6Sigma and business development as well as commercialization across different international companies in different industries, he has been continuing in pursuit of academic aspiration and studying DBA program at University of Calgary. His interest area of research is focused on supply chain resilience management, Human Resource management in particular C-Suite's behavior and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). Gang is currently living and working in Calgary with his family.
