Biography

Emily McNair is the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs at the Hill and Levene Schools of Business at the University of Regina. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Business Administration at the Haskayne School of Business, where her research focuses on gendered ageism and its relationship to impostor syndrome in women academic leaders. Emily specializes in organizational leadership, student success, and experiential learning. With a background that includes a Master of Administration in Leadership and a BBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, as well as professional designations such as Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Emily is passionate about advancing inclusive leadership in academia and beyond.
