Nnaemeka holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and an Executive MBA from Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University. He has further advanced his knowledge through executive programs at Harvard University Division of Continuing Education (Fundamentals of Strategy) and Imperial Business School, London (Mergers & Acquisitions)

His doctoral research reflects his professional journey, focusing on causal ambiguity and its role in performance heterogeneities in organizations, with a particular emphasis on partnerships, alliances, and mergers & acquisitions. He is deeply committed to bridging academic research and industry practice to address pressing organizational challenges.
