More Information

Nnaemeka holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and an Executive MBA from Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University. He has further advanced his knowledge through executive programs at Harvard University Division of Continuing Education (Fundamentals of Strategy) and Imperial Business School, London (Mergers & Acquisitions).

His academic interests span causal ambiguity and how it contributes to performance heterogeneities in organizations. He is equally driven to investigate strategic participations, knowledge offshoring  and how governance and sovereign policy development can mitigate productivity paradox within the Canadian tech ecosystem. By integrating engineering principles with business theory, he seeks to offer nuanced, data-driven perspectives on the factors that likely influence regional vitality and organizational growth, remaining deeply committed to bridging academic research and industry practice to address pressing ecosystem challenges.
