In my counselling work my hope is to help clients learn new skills that may include learning to zoom in or out their perspective, to have hope, and to collaboratively explore alternatives. I am passionate about the intersectionality of clients based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, and sexual orientation to name a few. I am competent at working within several counselling modalities. I am comfortable working with any topic, but I am passionate about working with clients on their self-esteem, social skills, relationship challenges/boundaries, and managing their focus, thoughts, and feelings. My other interests include working with clients who face ADHD, OCD, and Dyslexia.
