Biography
Born in Toronto, Ontario, Colin completed his medical training and EM residency at Queen’s University, and POCUS Fellowship at Denver Health Medical Center. He was previously the EM POCUS director for Kingston Health Sciences Centre. Clinically he works in the ED at Foothills Medical Centre and South Health Campus, and is the EM POCUS Coordinator for the Calgary Health Zone. Nationally, Colin is the POCUS Clinical Practice Lead for the Canadian Association of Emergency Physicians.
Colin is passionate about POCUS education and clinical POCUS systems. He has a particular interest in image archiving and EHR integration.
