Biography
Carllie Necker is Manager, Career and Life Design with the Centre for Career and Personal Development at the University of Calgary, where she leads a team of Career and Life Design professionals who support post-secondary students in their personal and professional development. She is an accredited Life Design coach through Stanford d.school and a Certified Career Development Professional (CCDP), bringing a reflective, values-driven approach to her work. Carllie holds an M.Ed. in Adult Learning (2016) from the University of Calgary and has over 19 years of experience in post-secondary education, including career advising, work-integrated learning, facilitation, and leadership.
