Background
Biography
Cameron Semper is a researcher with a background in protein biochemistry, structural biology and fungal genetics. His research is focused on two main themes: 1) improving our understanding of fungalpathogens; 2) using fungi as cell factories in biotechnological applications. In particular, he is interested in investigating the role of fungal secondary metabolism in pathogenesis and in the emerging field of cellular agriculture.
