Areas of Research

Permafrost and Glacial Hydrology

I study hydrology and geomorphology the changing world. Whether it be temporal changes associated with climate change or spatial changes at the interface between different environments. I have studied earth systems around the world with extensive experience in the Canadian Arctic, specifically in permafrost and glacial environments.  Using geophysical, remote sensing and geochemical techniques to study terrain stability, coastal processes, glacier dynamics and hydrology. I am currently working on measuring and predicting coastal erosion, ground movement, hydrological conditions and characterizing terrain conditions.
