Biography
Benny is a PhD student in Community Health Sciences at the Cumming School of Medicine, University of Calgary. She holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Saskatchewan and a Master of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary, specializing in health, exercise, and sport psychology. Her research focuses on health services and disparities in head and neck cancer care. Through patient-oriented research, she examines race, ethnicity, and patient outcomes in Alberta to advance equity and accessibility in cancer care.
