Biography
Axhi Emini currently serves in a management role within the federal public safety portfolio of the Government of Canada, where he leads operational teams and advances performance management, process improvement, and people development initiatives. With over 14 years of leadership experience in the public sector, his work focuses on building high-performing teams, strengthening organizational culture, and empowering employees to achieve sustained performance excellence.
His doctoral research will focus on organizational culture, with particular interest on organizational culture and divergence in cultural perceptions across organizational levels.. He also maintains strong interests in exploring how leadership, culture, and strategy intersect to drive long-term organizational success.
