Biography
Dr. Anwesha is a strategist, educator, and transformation advisor with 16+ years of experience leading people and change across industries. She is the CEO and Founder of the Institute for Human Capital Practitioners (IHCP) and the Managing Director at DA Consulting & Advisory (DACA). She created the BRIDGE™ framework and authored The Human Capital Consulting Roadmap, a practical guide to help professionals shift from execution to strategic influence. She is a current Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) student at the University of Calgary. Her research explores the intersection of identity theory and institutional theory, specifically how individuals build influence, navigate role conflict, and drive meaningful change within complex systems.
