Biography

Dr. Liddle holds 24 years of experience in both private and public healthcare and is the Canadian leading exert in complaints management. Her research is focused on complaint legislation, organizational processes, and the financial and psychological impact of complaints management. Dr. Liddle works closely with organizations in multiple countries to develop effective complaint management strategies and has partnered with Innovates Calgary to leverage accessibility of the Querulous Complaint Assessment Instrument and Process to health and non-health organizations. In addition to her leadership responsibilities, she contributes to strategic healthcare optimization working groups, participates in committees, supervises students, and offers complaint and conflict management lectures.
