Areas of Research
My research program focuses on three core areas: competency assessment of healthcare providers, healthcare provider well-being, and health equity in population health. As a pragmatic generalist, I integrate quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods approaches to address complex health challenges. Grounded in population health principles, my work is driven by the belief that research should deliver tangible benefits to the communities it serves. I am committed to partnering with community organizations and stakeholders to ensure research is responsive, equitable, and promotes fairness and justice.
