Biography
Dr. Zantingh graduated from the University of Guelph Ontario Veterinary College in 2008. She then went on to do an equine internship in Colorado at Littleton Equine Medical Center. There, she found a passion for surgery, and continued her training in a Large Animal Surgical Residency at Cornell University in New York. She moved to Australia in 2012 and was part of the surgical team at the Equine Hospital at Murdoch University in Western Australia. She became a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons in 2014, and joined Cambridge Equine Hospital in New Zealand in 2015, where she was a Director of the Hospital, as well as the surgeon. Dr. Zantingh re-located to Canada in May 2025 and started at the University of Calgary in January 2026.
