Areas of Research
Enhanced understanding of primary and secondary sources of critical mineral resources (unprocessed ores, waste rocks and tailings) using lab and field techniques for geochemistry and mineralogy.
Integration of upstream (exploration, extraction) and midstream (processing, beneficiation) processes and proactive mine waste management through the implementation of sensor technologies for real-time material characterization.
Layout of strategies that support the recovery of critical metals from primary and secondary ores using an integrated mining cycle.
