Dr. Olutayo's work centers on teaching excellence, educator development, and innovative pedagogical practice. Her teaching and learning initiatives emphasize professional development, mentorship, and strategies that enhance educator effectiveness and student success.

Her research is in wireless communication, with a focus on next-generation communication systems and channel modeling for emerging technologies.
